My conclusion: not enough has changed to warrant an upgrade from my iPad 2. So now I wait for iPhone 5, and the next iPad upgrade.....

I think I'm waiting for the iPad 4. I would really like the 5mp camera but it's not worth the hassle to sell mine yet. I can't wait to see the retina display in action but I'm going to hold off. If I had a 1, I would probably upgrade.
